Beading Tutorials with Dagger Beads

Dagger beads is one of the 2-hole beads that are now out in the market and many beading tutorials are now using these fabulous beads. Pressed glass beads in the shape of a pear, dagger beads come in 3 sizes:¬†6×3 mm, 10×3 mm and 16×5 mm. Quite elongated, one end of the dagger beads is pointed and the other end is tapered and where you can find the holes.

When weaved side by side, dagger beads can immediately form petals, perfect for making beaded flowers. These beads are very versatile. They can be used as spacers or drops if you’re making earrings and necklaces. If you want to add dimension to your beaded jewelry, the elongated shape of dagger beads will surely make it noticeable, bold and pop out in any beaded jewelry.
