It has been a year since Potomac Bead Company introduced the “V” shaped AVA beads. These interesting and fun shaped beads is an original design idea by Gianna Lammering aka Gianna Zimmerman, beading4perfectionists and B4Pbakup.

Manufacturing the beads took 2 years until it was finally introduced January of 2017 and since then beaders, jewelry makers, crafters have gone crazy over AVA beads and created lots and lots of design ideas. Having 2 holes, bottom and upper part of the “V,” it makes it both challenging and fun to weave through and create interesting shapes and designs.
